I have always loved Spanish and nowadays it’s a big part of my personal and professional life.

For many years I worked in museum education, giving talks, tours and running workshops. I learned how to communicate, speak in public, connect with people and engage an audience. These are all things I help my clients with now.

However, Spanish was always an ‘espina clavada’ and when the opportunity arose I changed career and started teaching English and moved to Valencia, Spain. 

I understand the challenges of living and working in another language. In the beginning I was often frustrated when I couldn’t express myself and was nervous of saying the wrong thing.

While I was teaching Spanish speakers in Valencia, I discovered they faced the same challenges when speaking English. 

Just like me in Spanish, they would struggle to express themselves and sometimes be too scared to speak up in English.

Since then I have focused on helping Spanish speakers to overcome these barriers, combining my work in communication, my knowledge of Spanish and my own experience of language learning.

⭐️ I have a Cambridge (CELTA) qualification in English teaching.

⭐️ I am a certified Neurolanguage Coach®, affiliated with the International Coaching Federation. Using a coaching method helps me to personalise my programmes and help you learn in the best way for you.

⭐️ I have nine years of experience of working with Spanish professionals on their English speaking.

⭐️ My knowledge of Spanish means I can understand your errors and challenges and help you to improve quickly.
